What is covered in this course?

Team Leader and the Purpose of a Team

To understand this, we need to look at the role and objectives of a business. What is the whole concept of a team, and what roles and expected outputs are expected of each team member as well as the team leader

Conduct and Ethics

Some very important thing to consider when employed at a company are the company Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct. Knowing these, and how to deal with deviations to them is an important part of being part of a team

Induct a New Member into a Team

Inducting a new person into the team and business is very important. If done right – the person will have the resources and information to become a productive member of the team in no time at all. This lesson covers the important points of inducting a new member into the team.
